Arrive in Luxor and embark on your Nile cruise vessel, settling into your comfortable cabin with river views. After lunch on board, visit the magnificent Karnak Temple complex, walking among 134 massive columns in the Great Hypostyle Hall and exploring temples, sacred lakes, and towering obelisks built over 2,000 years. Continue to Luxor Temple in the heart of the city, beautifully illuminated at sunset. Return to your cruise for welcome dinner as the vessel moors overnight in Luxor.
Rise early for an optional hot air balloon ride over the West Bank at sunrise. Visit the legendary Valley of the Kings, exploring elaborately decorated royal tombs including Tutankhamun’s burial place. Marvel at the Temple of Hatshepsut carved into desert cliffs and photograph the towering Colossi of Memnon.
